What happens if I do not give enough notice?

Check your current lease to see the requirements of sufficient move-out notice. If you do not give the required move-out notice then you will be responsible for rent for the remaining days of the required notice. 

Example: If your lease requires a 60-day notice and you only give a 30-day notice. You will still be responsible for the full rent amount for the remaining days of the required notice time to equal 60 days
