FAQ: No Pets Policy for Rental Property

1. Are pets allowed in the rental property?

Depends. Not all properties under Renters Warehouse management allow pets. You must inquire if a property allows pets prior to bringing a pet to the property.

2. Why does the property have a no-pets policy?

Landlords have the right to not allow pets at their property for various reasons.

4. What if I have a small pet or a pet that stays in a cage/tank?

Unfortunately, the no-pets policy applies to all pets, regardless of size or the type of enclosure they are kept in.

5. What are the consequences of bringing a pet without permission?

Tenants found violating the no-pets policy may be subject to fines, required to remove the pet, or face potential eviction.

6. What if a guest brings a pet?

Guests are also required to follow the no-pets policy. Pets brought by guests are not allowed on the property.

7. Are there any nearby properties or rentals that allow pets?

We recommend checking local rental listings or speaking with a real estate agent for pet-friendly rental options in the area.

8. Can I request a review of the pet policy?

We understand that tenants may have concerns, but the policy is generally firm. You can contact the property manager for more information, but exceptions are rare. Please email sevahello@renterswarehouse.com
