Dear Tenant(s),
The Renters Warehouse team would like to welcome you to your new home. To help ensure a smooth transition into your new home, please review the information below and in your Tenant Handbook for more information on our policies and procedures.
Online Portal: You will receive an email invitation to activate your tenant portal. This portal allows you to submit payments & maintenance requests online and stores your leasing documents, which includes your Tenant Handbook.
Inspection: The move-in inspection will be shared with you via email. If something was missed in the inspection report, simply email sevahello@renterswarehouse.com along with pictures to have them documented in your file within 5 days of receiving the inspection report.
Please do not submit a maintenance request with these items as the property was taken in an “AS IS” condition.
If you submit a maintenance request for any items that you wish to be documented in your file and as a result the maintenance team dispatches a vendor, this will be at your expense. If you have any questions or are unsure on how to proceed please email us first and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction.
Maintenance: The best and more effective way to submit a maintenance request is to download the “Online Portal by Appfolio” app on your device and there you will find the maintenance tab. You can monitor and submit all your requests through the app. You can also access your portal by going to the RentersWarehouse.com website and click on “tenant resources”. To place a request over the phone, or to check the status of an existing request, please call 757-452-4501.
